1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by BIHR SAS, a company registered under the laws of FRANCE, with registered office at 7 rue Robert Schuman - ZI Parc 3 - 68870 Bartenheim, registration number  SIRET 320 671 233, VAT number 320 671 233.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted. By entering, participants fully release the relevant platform from any liability related to this giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on 07/15/2026 at 00.00 AM and ends on 07/19/2026 at 23.59 PM UTC+01:00.

Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be accepted.

The Organizer’s server time, platform timestamp, or any other technical timestamp selected by the Organizer shall be the official time reference for this giveaway.

3. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to natural persons who:

• are aged 14 years or older at the time of entry;
• legally reside in Europe & UK;
• have a valid personal social media account on Instagram, Facebook;
• comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents, contractors, and close family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, agencies, partners, suppliers, or any other party directly involved in the organization of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence from any participant or winner.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following actions during the giveaway period:

1. Follow @rfx_racing on Instagram or @RacingRFX on Facebook;
2. Like the giveaway post;
3. Complete the Contest online form on rfxracing.com

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Each participant may enter one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

Participants must not use multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated entry methods, fake identities, or any other unfair process to increase their chances of winning.

5. Prize

The prize consists of:

1 x RFX F7 or F8 handlebar
Model: bend can be chosen in the F7/F8 full range
Approximate retail value: from 97,99€ to 122,99€

The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, except at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection

The winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The selection will take place on or around 07/20/2026.

If the winner is selected by random draw, the draw will be conducted using a fair and impartial process.

If the winner is selected by a jury, the winner will be chosen based on the following criteria: originality or brand spirit. The jury will be composed of 5 members.

The Organizer’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

7. Winner Notification

The winner(s) will be contacted by direct message via Instagram or email within 7 days after the selection date.

The winner must respond within 7 days from the notification date and provide the information required to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, refuses the prize, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or is found to be ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same selection method.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided by the winner after eligibility confirmation.

Delivery is available only within Europe & UK.

The Organizer will cover standard delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs, including customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, special delivery requests, or any other charges not expressly included in these Official Rules, shall be borne by the winner.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss, damage, failed delivery, incorrect delivery information, or any issue caused by postal services, carriers, customs authorities, or third parties.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway may include the participant’s social media username, name, surname, email address, postal address, phone number, proof of eligibility, and any other information necessary to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize.

The data controller is BIHR SAS.

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, handling claims, and complying with legal obligations.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the administration of the giveaway and any applicable legal retention period.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, where applicable, by contacting privacy@mybihr.com.

10. Publicity Rights

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that, if they are selected as winners, the Organizer may announce their social media username, first name, country, and winning entry on its social media channels, website, newsletters, or other communication materials, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Any additional use of the winner’s image, video, testimonial, or personal content for promotional purposes may require separate consent.

11. Participant Content

If the giveaway requires participants to submit photos, videos, comments, captions, stories, or any other content, each participant warrants that their entry:

• is original and created by them;
• does not infringe any third-party rights;
• does not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, violent, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or inappropriate content;
• does not show unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible riding behavior;
• complies with the rules of the relevant social media platform.

By entering, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to repost, share, display, and use their submitted content in connection with the giveaway, including for winner announcements and related promotional communication.

12. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• does not comply with these Official Rules;
• provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
• attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process;
• uses automated tools, fake accounts, multiple identities, or fraudulent methods;
• engages in behavior that may damage the reputation of the Organizer, RFX, its partners, or the giveaway;
• violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

13. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, postpone, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being carried out as originally planned.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, technical failures, platform restrictions, fraud, unauthorized intervention, legal or regulatory changes, force majeure, supply issues, or any event that affects the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the giveaway.

In the event of modification, suspension, or cancellation, the Organizer will inform participants through the same communication channel used to announce the giveaway, where reasonably possible.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

• entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received;
• technical failures, network issues, platform downtime, bugs, or errors;
• incorrect or inaccurate information provided by participants;
• loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of the prize caused by third parties;
• any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the prize is suitable for their motorcycle, riding discipline, and intended use. Installation and use must comply with the product instructions, safety recommendations, and applicable laws.

15. Taxes and Costs

Any taxes, duties, customs fees, insurance, accessories, installation costs, or other expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the competent courts of judicial courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

17. Acceptance of the Rules

By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Official Rules in full.
